Welcome to the 4th Grade eClassroom
We had a great time at the bank and learned a lot of interesting things about how money is made!
**We are currently collecting Box Tops for Education. These are easy fundraisers that help our school! Our class won the can food drive for grades 4-8 also, thank you!!**
On Wednesdays I make myself available for tutoring and homework help from 2:45-3:45 for any students that would like to stay after school. Please email me if you would like your child to stay in advance. I will be available on Wednesdays until the end of the year, excluding unforeseen circumstances, in which case I will notify you. Please be punctual when picking your children up, as I am donating my personal time, or make arrangements as needed.
Xtramath must be done nightly (or flashcards) until math facts are mastered. If your child practices flashcards instead of xtramath please write that in his/ her planner and sign next to what you write. Many of the students are still struggling with multiplication, which is something they should have mastered last year or over the summer as by the letter sent home at the end of last school year by Mrs. Wynn.
Spelling words are on spelling city (see spelling city link):
Spelling list 30 test 4/28.
Students who participated in the Flat Stanley project both at the Pinckneyville Public Library and in class have photos of them with their Flat Stanley dolls and the places their Flat Stanley dolls have travelled which are posted on the Pinckneyville Public Library's Facebook page in multiple albums.

Students have been given permission to bring in yoga balls or large balls as an alternative seating. I have three balls in the classroom already that are shared. The balls must remain at the school for the year, and may be taken away during any day the student is misbehaving.
Feel free to contact me with any questions!
